- This classroom management book shows you the step by step process of how to establish relationships with hard-to-reach students. Michael transfers your knowledge of household pets to students. Dogs come when their called, cats have an answering machine. Traditionally, teachers have done very well with “dog” students the population has changed and educators need to retool themselves with strategies that work with cats.
