How to Peer Coach

In this exciting class Michael Grinder teaches his concepts of behavioral specific observation and feedback to do peer coaching.

Historically there have been three ways to externally motivate people:

   1. money,
   2. promotion
   3. professional growth

With downsizing and reengineering, the first two are non-existent. The third has to be modified because there is less middle management than there was previously.
