This is an intensive and comprehensive training. Each session includes interactive work that will build the skills indispensable to any kind of group work: successful meetings, training sessions, presentations, and facilitation. Over the duration of the training, you will be completing weekly competencies and documenting your skills with video coverage.
Even if you are a seasoned presenter, this is new material.

Requirements for participants who choose to be certified:
This course is a training program with the option of certification. The certification process (i.e., showing and verifying video) is done after hours at the last session.
At the six-month mark, participants are trained in how to make video footage. There are 130 patterns of group dynamics. The participants capture themselves doing 50 competencies from simulated situations. These competencies captured on video are brought to the last training and shown to colleagues who verify that such competencies are present on the tapes.
No more than 10 minutes of video can be done in a week in order to ensure that habits of mastery are formed.
